1. Visit the official IndiGo website.
2. Locate the ‘Check-In’ tab on the navigation menu and click it.
3. Enter your PNR number. It is a ten-digit number that serves as a booking reference.
4. Next, enter other vital details such as name, origin, and destination cities. Also, do not forget to enter your Email ID and/or mobile number.
5. Then, go through and accept the terms and conditions.

1. If you have booked the flight deal from IndiGo Airline’s official website, you will be checked-in automatically.
2. Passengers with checked-in baggage can only book flight tickets online if the departure airport has dropped ped off counters. For instance, if you are to board Chicago to India flights, you can book online as Chennai Airport has dropped off counters.
3. Other Indian airports that have to drop off counter facilities include Kolkata, Kochi, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad.
4. You cannot check-in online for International flights such as Boston to Mumbai, India. Currently, IndiGo airline flies to 23 international destinations.
