By integrating these Indian languages into our customer support services, we are not only expanding our reach but also strengthening the relationship with our customers, ensuring that every interaction with Air India feels familiar and inclusive.”
Air India has recently arranged for 5 brand new contact centres. These offer 24 – hour assistance to customers worldwide. They also have special desks assigned for frequent and premium fliers.
Along with these, customer support will be provided in 9 different languages (including English and Hindi along with Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Marathi and Malayalam).
What’s more? It has a brief back – office insourcing strategy. This will help them manage chats, emails and social media support in – house effectively. All of this combined together, improves the quality of customer support service so it can function seamlessly.
